BLYTHSWOOD CARE SHOEBOX APPEAL 2009
For the past number of years Prestwick South has supported the Blythswood Care Shoebox Appeal. During that time Prestwick South has filled well over a 1,000 Shoeboxes.
In the above picture some of our Sunday School children can be seen surrounded by approximately 200 Shoeboxes. Also in the picture are two of the ladies from the Congregation who help to check and package the boxes.
Prestwick South believe that faith is both centred around our beliefs and willingness in a very practical way to help others. We therefore hope the Shoeboxes will bring a great sense of joy and love to those who have very little this Christmas.
